Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Coach to join our team. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for assisting the Fitness Director (FD) with overseeing the overall quality of ECA’s Champions Training Program (CT, Classes, Seminars, Events), The Head Coach is responsible for upholding and elevating the standard of excellence in both the CT product and experience (fun, high energy, and professionalism) through training and developing the coaching team.
Duties:
-Leads the onboarding and training of new Coaches
- Assists FD in the ongoing development of the Coaching team
-Assists FD in managing the CT Class schedule (Coaches, Days & Times).
-Responsible for monthly Seminars and Events.
-Responsible for running weekly Coach Meetings (Stimulus/Response, Exercises, Floor Dynamics).
-Co-coaching in classes, with coaches for continuous development
-Evaluate ECA classes
